The Fairfield County Hunt Club has a talented team of chefs headed up by Executive Chef Anthony Georgeo. All have formally studied culinary arts and their education and experience shines with every dish they create. Whether it is an elegant a la carte dinner or bountiful buffet you will be delighted with the presentation, taste, and service.
Our Main Dining Room opens up to a veranda that offers additional four-season seating and overlooks the Polo Field. The Polo Room is available for small events with a service bar and opens to our seasonal patio dining area. The Grill Room offers a beautiful bar, fireplace and opens to an additional veranda and casual seating area by our outdoor fireplace.
